Google Account: Data Backup

Go to www.spinbackup.com and create your Spinbackup account. To sign up, check our How to Sign Up for Business Account article.

The first automatic backup of your Google account will start the day after you sign up.

If you want to start your backup manually, follow these steps:

1. Tap the Log in as G Suite / Google Apps Administrator button in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Insert your e-mail and password or sign in with Google.

4. You will see a list of all your domain users, subscribed to Spinbackup. Choose the name of the user, whose account must be backed up, unfold it by clicking on +/- button and click on the Google Mail button under the user’s name.

5. Press Backup.

6. When the backup process is complete, you can see your mailbox with your folders hierarchy backed up to your Spinbackup account.

Press the big Google Mail icon and switch to the next application. Press the Google Drive icon.

7. In the Google Drive window, follow the same steps as with the Google Mail. Press the Backup button.

8. When the backup process is complete, you can see all your Google Drive files with your folders hierarchy backed up to your Spinbackup account.

Press the big Google Drive icon and switch to the next application. Press the Google Calendar icon.

9. In the Google Calendar window follow the same steps as with the previous applications. Press the Backup button.

10. When the backup process is complete, you can see all your Google Calendar events backed up to your Spinbackup account. Press the big Google Calendar icon and switch to the next application. Press the Google Contacts icon.

11. In a new Google Contacts window press Backup.

12. When the backup process is complete, you can see all your Google Contacts backed up to your Spinbackup account.

Press the big Google Contacts icon and switch to the next application. Press the Google Sites icon.

13. In a new Google Sites window, press Backup.

14. When the backup process is complete, you can see all your Google Sites backed up to your Spinbackup account.

Now your Google Account is backed up. Renewed versions of your account will be created automatically daily.
